Fast install 8×4 m: 2–4 days • No welding/wet trades • Factory‑cut penetrations (±2 mm) • Reinforced PVC liner 1.5–2.0 mm • AISI 304/316 • Skimmer or overflow

Modular pool system: panelized stainless steel construction. Dry assembly on a pre‑leveled slab. Panels arrive pre‑cut and pre‑drilled; the frame bolts together. No welding. No adhesives. No wet trades. Factory tolerances hold geometry; straight runs stay straight, corners close without rework.

Waterproofing is a reinforced PVC membrane, hot‑air welded on site; seams are vacuum‑tested. No grout, no tile joints to chase. AISI 304 for standard chemistry; AISI 316 for saline systems, spas, coastal air. The modular format works in refurbishments and new builds, fits typical interior logistics, and supports skimmer or perimeter overflow with penetrations prepared in production. Low dust, low noise; no concrete curing.

Modular Pool Frame

The frame is a stainless steel panel system: standard panel width 0.6 m; heights per design. Panels are joined with A2/A4 bolts; EPDM gaskets dampen vibration. Anchoring uses chemical or mechanical anchors per drawing.

  • Set directly on a finished concrete slab; no secondary screeds
  • No on-site steel cutting; all penetrations from the factory
  • Crew 3–4 builds an 8×4 m frame in 1–2 days
  • Low dust, low noise; acceptable inside operating buildings
  • Diagonals and long-wall straightness hold from factory edges

Level set by laser; planarity ≤3 mm over 2 m. No heat input, no distortion. Corner posts and horizontal ties keep wall deflection within limits under head. For saline water, spas, or coastal air, we specify AISI 316, passivate cut edges, and isolate dissimilar metals.

Reinforced Membrane Instead of Tiles

PVC Lining for Modular Pools

installed PVC liner inside modular pool

Waterproofing is a reinforced PVC membrane (1.5–2.0 mm) with polyester scrim. Seams welded by hot air/extrusion, then vacuum-tested to verify bond and catch voids.

  • One continuous shell; no grout lines to crack or leak
  • Conforms to complex shapes; no tile cutting on site
  • UV-stabilized grades for outdoor use
  • Replacement on the same frame in 2–3 days (mid-size basins)
  • Operating range 10–32 °C; specify high-temp sheet for spas

Corners, steps, benches, and radii get extra patches in traffic zones. Non-porous surface; cleaning is straightforward. Service life 8–12 years with stable water balance (pH 7.2–7.6, free chlorine 0.3–0.6 mg/L).

Indoor or Outdoor. Any Layout.

Modular Pool Configuration

The modular pool adapts to rectangular and custom footprints, single or multi-level. Indoor or outdoor is fine; access dictates handling. Longest piece is 1.21 m. The frame supports skimmer edges or perimeter overflow.

  • Benches, steps, and niches supplied as shaped modules
  • High groundwater: add hydrostatic relief at the base
  • Rooftops: verify capacity; ≈10 kN/m² per meter water depth
  • Coordinate MEP routing early; penetration locations are fixed
  • Use isolation washers and avoid mixed metals at interfaces

Overflow can be full-length or partial; channel and weir dimensions set from coordinated drawings. Equipment penetrations—returns, main drains, lights, vacuum points, counter-current—are CNC-cut in production. No field cutting of stainless.

Real installations — Use cases

Installation and Custom Layout

Sequence is fixed. We survey the slab; confirm level and planarity. Install anchors and set‑out lines. Assemble panels dry; bolt and torque to spec; plumb and brace. Run piping and electrical in planned chases; fit hardware; pressure‑test lines. Fit and weld the reinforced PVC membrane in two passes; seams vacuum‑tested. Fill, purge, balance chemistry, test hydraulics. Handover with torque logs, pressure‑test records, and water balance sheet.

Real pool frames, no renderings. From site work to lining. See Projects

  • Tools: laser levels, torque wrenches, drills, hot-air/extrusion welders
  • Lifting and handling: offload by truck‑mounted or mobile crane; pick from marked points with certified slings and a spreader bar; no manual lifting
  • Manpower: 3–4 for frame, 2–3 for liner
  • Timeline 8×4 m: 1–2 days frame; 1 day liner; 1 day fill/start-up
  • Clean work area; minimal interference with adjacent operations

Standards and testing: EN 10088; EN 16582/EN 15288/EN 13451 as applicable; pressure testing of lines; vacuum verification of liner seams; local codes apply.

Questions & Answers

Can it be installed in an existing building?

Yes, provided access and slab load capacity check out. Panels go through standard doors; confirm turning radii and lift limits. Structural engineer confirms load paths.

What is the liner lifespan and how is it replaced?

8–12 years with correct chemistry. Drain, remove the PVC membrane, clean and inspect, fit and weld the new liner, vacuum-check, refill. The bolt-fastened frame stays in place.

How do you manage corrosion in saline or spa applications?

Specify AISI 316, passivate cut edges, isolate dissimilar metals, keep ventilation in plant spaces, avoid stagnant chlorides. Rinse splash zones where feasible.

What tolerances do you hold on site?

Panel-to-panel ±2 mm from factory. Slab planarity ≤3 mm/2 m. Straightness checked by string line/laser. Bolt torque recorded per specification.

What does a typical modular pool cost per m² or per 8 × 4 m?

Budgetary range depends on depth, edge type (skimmer/overflow), access/logistics (crane reach), equipment spec, and steel grade (304/316). Share a plan and section for a firm quote; we return a detailed BOQ and install schedule.
